Fennel collaborated with the Philippine Army's Governance and Strategic Management Office to develop internal and external communication plans to inform the public about the Army Transformation Roadmap (ATR) and gain support from internal stakeholders. After conducting extensive research, Fennel tailored a two-day workshop to teach decision-makers within the Philippine Army how to craft effective communication plans.
The project resulted in detailed and actionable communication plans that could be reviewed and optimized in the future, and the team was now capable of building and revising their own plans without the assistance of a consultant. This project was a significant step towards achieving the ATR's goal of transforming the Philippine Army into a world-class army that is a source of national pride by 2028.
